impuls MinuteConcerts 2022 - Strip & Embellish

I have recently started rehearsing a duo improvisation with Daniele Pozzi under the title Strip & Embellish, which we are going to present at this year’s impuls MinuteConcerts gallery tour in Graz, performing at esc media art lab on Saturday 25 June. The title is a play on Daniele’s new performance patch, which is a strongly stripped down version of his previous system, and our attempt to revert to previous “snapshots” of the performance; my system Wolkenpumpe is reset at some point to a prior state of the concert, reproducing a particular structure which is hollow and embellishes the live signal which is exchanged between us, now being in a different state rather than reset itself.
